Warm Hatha Flow

Join Kate every Sunday in April for this special class designed to support your 30-Day Challenge.  This low-heat, gentle flow class will help to relieve stress and tension while improving your body’s mobility and flexibility.  The practice will focus on non-weight bearing movements while still being challenging enough to prepare you for a final guided meditation.  Invoke peace into your body and soothe your nervous system with a slower pace and mindful movement.
